Maureen Regan, PA-C, MBA, DFAAPA, FACHE
Maureen Regan received her MBA in Executive Management from St. John’s University in 2003 and her BS from St. John’s in 1985. She received her PA Certificate from Bayley Seton Hospital, a St. John’s University affiliate, also in 1985. She began her career at Catholic Medical Centers and, in her role as Assistant Director she was instrumental in the application to NYSED for the creation of the Catholic Medical Centers PA Training Program, what is known today as St. John’s University PA Program. Maureen served as Clinical Coordinator and Interim Program Director of CMC’s PA Program, leaving in 2000. She has served as the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, LI, Administrator of Surgical Specialties at NYUWinthrop and Administrator, Ambulatory Surgery at ProHEALTH, responsible for their interdisciplinary Ambulatory Surgery operation. Maureen is currently a Senior Director of Business Development for Northwell Joint Ventures.
Maureen has served in numerous leadership roles in professional organizations and is a two time Past President of the New York State Society of PA’s and is current member of its Executive Board. She is a delegate to the American Academy of PA’s and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also a volunteer with the American Red Cross and Girls, Inc. Maureen is often invited to speak at Leadership Conferences including the Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management at the AAPA.
