HLNY offers many marketing and public relations opportunities to official sponsors. These sponsorships allow organizations a benefit of building strong relationships with HLNY members. In return, these sponsorships allow HLNY to continue to provide unique services and programs to HLNY members. HLNY sponsors help to underwrite the costs of our many educational and networking events.

Sponsors may be supplier organizations, individual consultants or corporations. In addition, we are also pleased to be sponsored by several provider organizations that share our commitment to Leadership.

Our Sponsorship Levels

  • Platinum

    Sponsor benefits include:

     

    • Events: Free registration for 10 individuals to HLNY special events (Gala, Cocktails with the Chiefs and Mini Congress); Prominent display of sponsor logo at all HLNY events and on HLNY distributed print materials at events.

     

    • Website: Sponsor logo placed on HLNY website and linked to sponsor website.

     

    • Print: Sponsor logo printed on all distributed HLNY program announcements, posters and material.

     

    • Gala: One complimentary table, one full page advert in journal, a listing in journal acknowledging sponsorship level and a verbal acknowledgment by HLNY President.

     

    • HLNY Board Member-at Large designated as sponsor liaison.

    $10,000 per year (June-May)

    Other benefits as deemed beneficial to sponsor and approved by HLNY leadership.

  • Gold

    Sponsor benefits include:

     

    • Events: Free registration for 5 individuals to HLNY Annual Gala and Awards Ceremony as well as 3 complimentary tickets to our Annual Cocktails with the Chiefs and Mini Congress. Prominent display of sponsor logo at all HLNY events and on HLNY distributed print materials at events.

     

    • Website: Sponsor logo placed on HLNY website and linked to sponsor website.

     

    • Print: Sponsor logo printed on all distributed HLNY program announcements, posters and material.

     

    • Gala: 5 complimentary tickets, one full page advert in journal, listing in journal acknowledging sponsorship level and verbal acknowledgment by HLNY President.

     

    • HLNY Board Member-at Large designated as sponsor liaison.

    $5,000 per year (June-May)

    Other benefits as deemed beneficial to sponsor and approved by HLNY leadership.

  • Silver

    Sponsor benefits include:

     

    • Events: Free registration for 1 individual to HLNY special events (Gala, Cocktails with the Chiefs and Mini Congress); Prominent display of sponsor logo at all HLNY events and on HLNY distributed print materials at events.

     

    • Website: Sponsor logo placed on HLNY website and linked to sponsor website.

     

    • Print: Sponsor logo printed on all distributed HLNY program announcements, posters and material.

     

    • Gala: Half-page advert in journal, listing in journal acknowledging sponsorship level and verbal acknowledgment by HLNY President.

     

    • HLNY Board Member-at Large designated as sponsor liaison.

    $3,000 per year (June-May)

  • Friends of HLNY

    Sponsor benefits include:

     

    • Website – Sponsor logo placed on HLNY website and linked to sponsor website.

    $1,000 per year (June-May)

Gala tables: If you are purchasing a table, please submit names and titles to sponsors@hlny.org.

Ads: HLNY will contact sponsors regarding ad deadlines, details and sizes. HLNY reserves the right to offer additional sponsorship opportunities.

Artwork submission & information: Send final artwork for Gala Journal ads to sponsors@hlny.org. Files should be high resolution (300 DPI) PDF or EPS.
