June is Pride Heritage Month and HLNY is thrilled to spotlight Healthcare Leaders committed to creating safe and affirming spaces that empower all LGBTQIA+ communities to have a voice and fight for Equitable and Accessible Healthcare. Kicking off the 40 year celebration, and reflecting on the NYC PRIDE theme this year:  “Reflect. Empower. Unite.”, we are honored to spotlight Frankie Hamilton, MBA, MSN, MEDSURG-BC. Frankie’s credentials are as long as his contributions to healthcare and the LGBTQIA+ communities. He is a role model and a humble leader. Paired with his charisma, Frankie reflects, empowers and unites in his professional environment as a healthcare provider, and as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Reserves Nurses Corp. His compassion and commitment to ensuring that LGBTQIA+ members have access to dignified and compassionate healthcare are inspiring and uplifting.
