This Webinar is the third part of an ACHE Diversity and Inclusion 5-part free Executive Diversity Career Navigator Webinar Series, “Navigating Your Career through COVID-19… and Beyond.” Each 45-minute free webinar will be an interactive session designed to start a conversation and build community for diverse healthcare management professionals. After each webinar, participants will be able to continue the dialogue and connect with other diverse healthcare leaders via EDCN.

Event Description: Research of successful diverse healthcare leaders indicate they have skills and attributes that make them well-suited for leadership in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) times. In this interactive webinar, Gina L. Calder, MPH, FACHE, Administrator, Milford Campus, Yale New Haven Health System/Vice President, Bridgeport Hospital, will share examples of these skills and attributes in the context of leading part of her organization’s COVID-19 response. Her experiences, supported by research, will inspire webinar participants to embrace their strengths for navigating through their own VUCA environments.
