This Webinar is the fifth part of an ACHE Diversity and Inclusion 5-part free Executive Diversity Career Navigator Webinar Series, “Navigating Your Career through COVID-19… and Beyond.” Each 45-minute free webinar will be an interactive session designed to start a conversation and build community for diverse healthcare management professionals. After each webinar, participants will be able to continue the dialogue and connect with other diverse healthcare leaders via EDCN.

Event Description: It’s something we know we should do, and most of us even know how to do it. Yet, self-care frequently falls to the bottom of our priority list, especially when our schedules are filled with care for others at work and at home. Often, this is especially true for those from diverse backgrounds, where caring for others first is ingrained in our cultures. Tune into this interactive session to gain practical reminders on how you can make time to take care of yourself even in the midst of the pandemic and its aftermath. Webinar participants are eligible for 1 ACHE Qualified Education credit.

Panelists:

  • Nancy Alonso, Human Resources Senior Executive with Tandem HR and the Team Clock Institute
  • Paul Myoung, Senior Administrative Director, Transplant Center, Massachusetts General Hospital
