While not a new concept in the evolving healthcare market, many providers are in transition towards “best in class” operations.  As the physician practice market continues to experience change and what appears to be unprecedented consolidation, this panel will seek to answer questions regarding building an effective team, revenue cycle concerns in a value-based environment, strategy with risk-based reimbursement, and thought leadership towards today’s operational challenges.  This program will provide an update on current ambulatory trends, both locally and nationally, as well as provide insights into becoming a high-performing medical group.  This panel will review the attributes providers and practice executives need to have to be attractive partners for hospitals, health systems, or IPAs.  The program will conclude with a question and answer period, and will encourage audience participation regarding practice management.
