For our last WHM spotlight, Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY) is excited to spotlight Sue Rivera! We asked Sue, who or what has inspired her most in her career and she stated:

“My biggest inspiration at home has been my mom and professionally it was Alina Moran. My mom’s resilience and work ethic shaped my drive, while Alina Moran’s leadership in healthcare showed me the power of advocacy and innovation. I use their influence to empower other women by fostering mentorship, championing professional growth, and ensuring diverse voices are heard in leadership. My goal is to create a supportive space where women feel confident to lead with impact.”
