  • Virtual - TWO STEP Registration Process Required

Please note that this event has a TWO-STEP registration process.  After you purchase your ticket below, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with instructions and the link to register on ACHE’s Learning Management System (LMS).  Once you register on ACHE’s LMS, you will get a confirmation email denoting a successful “checkout”.  Registrants will not be able to access the virtual course in their MY ACHE account until 5-days prior to the event.  The link for the 8/19 event will come in a separate email from ACHE.

As hospitals across the country face challenges with discharge delays, an aging population, and increasing care complexity, long-term care providers are playing a more critical role than ever in the healthcare continuum. This panel will explore how long-term care organizations are adapting to workforce shortages, evolving reimbursement models, and rising patient acuity while continuing to provide high-quality care. Panelists will share insights on innovative workforce strategies, partnerships with hospitals and health systems, and what healthcare leaders must understand about the future role of long-term care in ensuring system-wide access and sustainability.

To assist with registration, ACHE has created a Step-By-Step Registration Guide on how to register for a chapter event.

This event has been approved by ACHE for 1.5 Virtual Interactive Credit Hours.  Participants must attend all 90-minutes of this session in order to receive the allocated credits offered.
