• Power and Politics are a natural influence in all organizations. Performance and outcomes hinge on building collaborative networks within the organization and with the people who hold power.
• Leaders, at all levels, have all the power they need to achieve personal and organizational outcomes. Leaders need to effectively use their Power Levers to Influence others.

Learning Objectives

1. Assess individual Leadership Power Levers by examining the eight main descriptors and differentiate the positive and negative implications of each.
2. Select the appropriate Power Levers to Influence and motivate others.
3. Align your selected Power Levers with the Five Components and Tactics of Influence to impact a specific project or goal.

Registration

We are excited to utilize ACHE’s Virtual F2F platform to provide Face-to-Face credits. This interactive programming is available to HLNY members only. You MUST register for this event through the ACHE website NO LATER than Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

Due to the high demand for this program and the F2F credits, please register only if you are confident you will be able to attend. If your schedule changes, please cancel your registration to make space for other participants.

Attendees will receive up to 1.5 virtual face-to-face (F2F) ACHE credits. 

Step 1: Register Here via ACHE’s LMS website. 

Step 2:  After you have registered through ACHE’s LMS, you will receive email instructions to visit ACHE.org both in the on screen order confirmation as well as in the email confirmation. Please navigate to ACHE.org from that link to complete your registration with ACHE no later than 2-days before the event. 

Step 3: Once you have registered through ACHE.org, you will receive confirmation emails from ACHE.org to the email address linked with your ACHE.org account. This will include instructions on how to access their Learning Management System (LMS). The Zoom Webinar will be directly accessible from this system.

Please note: F2F credits will be given based on attendance as documented in the LMS system and will require you to attend the entire 90-minute session to receive the 1.5 credits. It is critical that you follow all steps above in order to be able to attend the event and receive your credits!
