Cheng, Esq.  Austin is a second-generation ambulatory surgery center owner. He took the helm after his mother, an immigrant from Taiwan, founded the enterprise, but sadly passed away from cancer. Austin has been determined to continue his mother’s legacy, and his leadership, Gramercy Surgery Center’s facilities have been ranked top quality ASCs in NYS.
