Executive Essentials Career Series: Webinar #2 – Lattice vs. Ladder: Rethinking The Traditional Healthcare Leadership Path

  • April 04, 2024
  • 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
  • Virtual - Registration is now open

In conjunction with WittKieffer, HLNY is pleased to offer our members the second installment in a series of exclusive webinars.

Executive careers today take different routes and rarely move directly up the organizational ladder. In larger, matrixed mega-systems, a lattice-style career progression is more likely, as an executive will take diagonal and even sideways moves to get to their eventual career destination. How do you plan for a more non-linear career path, and what types of competencies and experiences should you strive to get out of each assignment? How do you sell your circuitous route to people who would hire you for advanced leadership roles? This session provides useful tips and leaves ample time for Q&A with the expert panelists.

Registration is required in order to attend this event.  Use this registration link.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
