Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY) presents a three-part virtual summit examining how health systems are transforming care delivery at scale through innovation, strategic alignment, and partnerships with employers. Featuring leaders from across New York and beyond, this forward-looking series will spotlight practical insights, scalable models, and policy considerations shaping the future of healthcare.

Each session will feature a focused panel discussion with subject matter experts and senior executives, followed by interactive audience engagement through live Q&A. Attendees will gain insight into critical topics such as digital transformation, value-based care, and the intersection of employer partnerships with population health.

  • Part 1: Listening to Employers: How Health Systems Can Support Population Health Management (9:00am to 10:30am)
  • Part 2: Population Health Management – Access, Outcomes, and Financial Implications (11:00am to 12:30pm)
  • Part 3: Innovation and the Changing Face of Healthcare Delivery (1:00pm to 2:30pm)
Each session qualifies for 1.5 ACHE Virtual Interactive Education Credits
