Healthcare workers face unique mental health challenges, often intensified by high-stress environments and the demands of care delivery. The Mount Sinai Center for Stress, Resilience and Personal Growth (CSRPG) was created in direct response to these challenges, taking a comprehensive and innovative approach to supporting workforce well-being. Over its first five years, CSRPG has introduced resilience-focused huddles, evidence-based behavioral health services, and a robust digital platform to reach employees where they are. Originally developed for the Mount Sinai Health System, these services have since expanded to support healthcare workers in other systems. This session will highlight key program innovations, review research findings, and offer insights into how organizations can build sustainable frameworks for mental health and resilience.
