A growing shortage of trained and willing workers is the top challenge facing healthcare organizations. This was highlighted in ACHE’s latest survey of hospital CEOs and is the daily reality for managers across the HLNY region.

Healthcare staff are overstretched and exhausted after spending two years on the frontlines of the pandemic. Demographic trends are increasing demand for health services and will require larger numbers of personnel to deliver and support them. Leaders must take action to retain existing talent and attract new workers into the healthcare field against the backdrop of The Great Resignation.

Join our expert panel over Zoom to discuss our shared healthcare workforce challenges. Explore solutions for today while considering strategy for these long term trends.
