Latoya O’Gere serves as the Regional Director of Nursing, where she is dedicated to creating equitable access to care through her leadership at Gotham Health. Her work helps ensure communities receive compassionate, high-quality healthcare while addressing the unique needs of diverse populations.
In addition to her leadership in healthcare, Latoya is also a Professor of Nursing at Mercy University, where she is shaping the next generation of nurses.
Latoya’s leadership reflects service, education, and a deep commitment to improving health outcomes for underserved communities. Through both practice and teaching, she continues to make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare.
