As we conclude Women’s History Month, Healthcare Leaders of New York to highlight Jillian Rose-Smith and her remarkable achievements. Jillian plays a crucial role in fostering inclusive and equitable work environments within the healthcare sector, leading to improved employee satisfaction, enhanced decision-making, and empowerment.
